Meet Your Hosts

Heidi True has been helping people feel good in their bodies for over 25 years, firstly as a yoga and meditation teacher and in recent years as a Sex and Intimacy coach.
In her somatic sex coaching practice, she specialises in helping individuals and couples reignite the flame of Eros- the Erotic charge that lives in our bodies- through a process of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual exploration.
Heidi has completed her Sex, Love and Relationship coaching certification through Layla Martin’s VITA Institute, with an additional focus on working with couples. She has undertaken further study in Women’s Empowerment, Poly-Vagal Theory, Somatic approaches to Healing, and Genital De-armouring.
A passionate learner, Heidi is currently studying Men’s Sacred Sexuality Coaching with Cam Fraser, Australia’s Top Sex Coach for Men.

What Can you Expect at the Nourishing Eros Couples Retreat

3 pm onwards: Arrive in time to get settled in your private room and check out the beautiful location (and magnesium pool!)
5pm: Welcome and Introductions
7pm: Delicious and healthy dinner, followed by a playful connection game

9:00 am: Optional yoga in the beautiful shala space
10:30: Brunch
11:30 - 16:00: Expert led Practices and processes designed to encourage trust, playfulness, communication and eroticism
16:00 onwards is kept free for your leisure and pleasure (Check out the range of options in the area, or take the time to explore each other )
7.00pm: Enjoy a delightful dinner followed by an introduction to Sacred Tantric massage, a practice that you can then explore together in the privacy of your own rooms. (We supply what you need for this beautiful intimate experience)
